He uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. His streamlined process even takes out the need for manual signatures saving time and getting offers presented faster.

Eric believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.  He has also earned a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida that provided the solid background on which his career has been built.

Constant work ethic is a primary building block of Eric’s character as he was on the Principal’s List starting in Elementary school, National Honors Society in High School and the Deans List in college.  

Eric is a member in good standing of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), the Florida Association of REALTORS (FAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

He helps the community by serving at his local church and participating and donating to Habitat for Humanity.  To date Exit Realty has donated almost $3 Million to the charity and built more than 30 Habitat Homes.

Having lived in many parts of the world such as Illinois, Spain, and Florida Eric has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with peopler from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating.

Two other areas of interest that Eric has that complement his real estate career are personal finance and personal growth.  He spends time weekly learning in these areas to help himself and his family achieve their goals and has found it helps his customers too.
